Can I place and pay for an order over the phone?

Yes, you are more than welcome to phone us at The French Shoppe on the phone no. (02) 4784 2383 between the hours of 9:30am -5.00pm, 7 days a week. We accept all major credit cards.

What are the different delivery methods offered by The French Shoppe online shop? Fees and delivery times?

Australia Wide we offer standard post (2-6 business days) Express Post (1-3 business days)

International we offer International Economy Air (10+ business days)

International Express (2-4 business days between major metro areas)

International Courier Express for orders up to 2 kg a flat express rate applies to over 20 destinations worldwide and will arrive in 2-4 business days with tracking + signature on delivery. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange.

 

How to follow your order?

When your package leaves the warehouses of Maison Repetto to be forwarded to the address you indicated when you placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation by Australia Post with a tracking number. You can then follow the delivery progress of your order directly on the Australia Post website

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

You will be given the option at checkout to authorize the driver to leave your parcel if you are not home. If you do not authorize a safe drop a card will be left for you to retrieve your item at the nearest post office. If you have a My Post account you can re-direct your delivery.

Why do I have to supply my phone number at checkout?

If there is a problem with your order we may contact you by phone if we are unable to contact you via email.
