What payment methods do we accept?

 

Debit/Credit Card

Make payments directly via debit or credit cards powered by Stripe.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

 

Paypal

You will be transferred to Paypal to make payment by either directly using your credit card (you do not need to have an account) or by logging into your Paypal account.

 

Afterpay

After submitting your order you will be redirected to Afterpay where you will be prompted to create an account or login to finalise your transaction. Upon completing your transaction, please press the button to return back to our shop to view your invoice. $50 minimum purchase.

Can I place and pay for an order over the phone?

Yes, you are more than welcome to phone us at The French Shoppe on the phone no. (02) 4784 2383 between the hours of 9:30am -5.00pm, 7 days a week. We accept all major credit cards.

What are the different delivery methods offered by The French Shoppe online shop? Fees and delivery times?

Australia Wide we offer standard post (2-6 business days) Express Post (1-3 business days) estimated delivery times maybe subject to change.

International we offer International Standard Pack + Tracking (10+ business days)

International Express (estimated 5-10 business days between major metro areas) tracking available

 

How to follow your order?

When your package leaves our warehouse to be forwarded to the address you indicated when you placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation by Australia Post with a tracking number. You can then follow the delivery progress of your order directly on the Australia Post website

 

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

You will be given the option at checkout to authorize the driver to leave your parcel if you are not home. If you do not authorize a safe drop a card will be left for you to retrieve your item at the nearest post office. If you have a My Post account you can re-direct your delivery.

 

Can I collect my order outside of Business Hours?

With thousands of locations across Australia, Australia Post have plenty of alternative delivery addresses for you to choose from.

And a MyPost account gives you easy access to all of them including:

Free 24/7 parcel lockers, send your parcels to a Post Office of your choice or send to a P.O Box.

Why do I have to supply my phone number at checkout?

If there is a problem with your order we may contact you by phone if we are unable to contact you via email. We will never send you marketing by phone.

 

Why do I have to supply my email address at checkout?

When shipping your order tracking details will be sent to you via Australia Post or Startrack Express. We will never send you marketing by email unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.

 

How do I use a discount code?

Most promotions on our website are activated through a discount code. The way to receive our special offers is to utilise the discount code in the correct field at the checkout.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Once you are done placing your order, click on checkout.
  2. You will see a text field called DISCOUNT CODE.
  3. Simply type or copy/paste (recommended) the discount code in this text field and click on APPLY and the store will deduct the discount from your order total.

 

Out of stock products

If an item is out of stock, we will happily send you an e-mail once it is back in stock. Simply contact us with your details and the item you desire and we will notify you when the item becomes available.
