This is such a nice item. It is called a Ramasse Miettes here in France, which literally means Crumbs collector. And that is exactly what it does. At the end of each meal or in between courses, in a good restaurant the waiter will roll the Ramasse over the table to clear the table cover or surface from crumbs etc. This one is made from Inox in a Silver finish by Silea. It is particularly pretty because of its handle, in the shape of a knotted rope with tassel. The size is w 13 x d 6.5 x h 10cm (h includes handle). It weighs 260 grams.
